This placement, available for a summer or yearlong duration, can be undertaken at our Solihull office or remotely, offering flexibility to suit your needs.

YOUR ROLE
- As a Building Services placement student, you’ll bridge the gap between theory and practice. You’ll engage in complex HVAC and plumbing projects for leading global firms, participating in every phase of the construction lifecycle, from inception to maintenance.
- Role will include involvement in feasibility surveys, design, drafting, cost-management and procurement, project management, and planned maintenance.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Current enrolment in a Building Services/Architectural Engineering degree program.
- Commitment to a 12-week or yearlong placement beginning in Summer 2026.
YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings, with eagerness to expand your knowledge through training.
- Strong communication skills for writing reports and presenting complex information effectively.
- Independent, proactive, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
- Creative problem-solving approach.
- Numerical proficiency and willingness to learn advanced IT tools relevant to design and construction.
- Practical, logical, and methodical thinking.
